Ingredients:
1 tbspOil
1 smallOnion, diced
1 smallCarrot, diced
24 ozTofu, crumbled
2 tbspRoasted sesame seeds
1/2 tspSalt
2 tspShoyu
1 dashPepper
Procedures:
1Heat a wok & coat with oil.
2Add onion & carrot & saute for 3 minutes till onion is slightly browned.
3Add crumbled tofu & the remaining ingredients.
4Stirring constantly, saute over medium low heat for a bout 5 minutes, or until the tofu is light & dry.
5Variations: add ?c of any of the following: parboiled green peas; shiitake mushrooms; diced bamboo shoots.
6Also try adding 1 ts grated ginger.
