Ingredients:
6 ozGoat cheese
4 ozCream cheese
8 Cloves garlic -- minced
1/2 cupPesto sauce - at least
1/2 cupSun-dried tomatoes --
Chopped
Procedures:
1Mix goat chesses and cream cheese, add the garlic.
2Taste.
3Add salt and black pepper if you want.
4Line a small glass bowl (about 2-3 cups) with plastic wrap.
5Put about 1/3 of the goat cheese mixture into the bowl.
6Top this with the pesto.
7Put another 1/3 of the goat cheese mix on top of this.
8Put the sundried tomatoes on this.
9Top with the rest of the cheese.
10Put plastic wrap over the top of this.
11Refrigerate for at least 2 hours and up to four days.
12To serve, invert bowl on a serving dish.
13Carefully remove the plastic wrap.
14Decorate with herbaceous materials.
15Serve with baguettes.
16Keep out of the way of the devouring mob.
17Supposed to serve up to 20 - 25 with other tidbits.
18Hmmmmmm well probalby 10 people.
