Ingredients:
5 lbsChicken thighs, deboned
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Flour
2 Eggs, beaten
Corn flake crumbs
Oil to deep fry
KATSU SAUCE
1/3 cupKetchup
1/4 cupShoyu (soy sauce)
1/4 cupSugar
2 tspWorcestershire sauce
1/4 tspRed pepper, ground
1/4 tspPepper
Procedures:
1Debone chicken and flatten each piece.
2Put salt, pepper, garlic salt and flour in small bag.
3Shake up deboned chicken in bag.
4Dip into eggs that have been beaten with a little water.
5Coat with cornflake crumbs.
6Deep fry until golden brown.
7Drain.
8Cut into bite-size pieces.
9Serve on a bed of lettuce with katsu sauce.
10Can be fried ahead of time and heated in the microwave just before serving.
11Katsu sauce place all sauce ingredients in pot and bring to boil.
12Serve over chicken.
