Ingredients:
2 tbspSoybean oil
1 Boned and skinned chicken
- breast
Salt
Pepper
Fresh lemon juice
1 tbspSesame seeds
Procedures:
1Oil a hot griddle or fry pan with soybean oil to coat surface.
2Cut chicken breast into bite sized pieces and place on hot griddle.
3Season to taste with salt and pepper.
4Cook until chicken looks done.
5Add small amount of fresh lemon juice and sesame seeds.
6Cook a few minutes more.
7Serve with magic mustard sauce
