Ingredients:
Pan Drippings
1 Thai Chile
1/2 Onion
1 Garlic Clove
1/4 tspShrimp Paste
3 1/2 tbspPeanut Butter, Crunchy
1 tspSalt
3 tbspTamarind Water
1 cupCoconut Milk
Procedures:
1Grind together pepper, onion, garlic, & shrimp paste.
2Fry together in a little vegetable oil until the onion is golden.
3Add the pan drippings.
4Add the peanut butter, salt, and tamarind water.
5Stir and cook, adding coconut milk, until the sauce is the consistency of thick gravy
