Beef stroganoff

Ingredients:
1/2 lbsBeef chuck steak or roast
1 tbspButter or margarine
1/2 tbspSalad oil
1/8 lbsMushrooms, sliced
2 tbspOnion, finely chopped
1/4 tspSalt
1/4 tspWorcestershire sauce
1 dashPaprika
1 dashPepper
1/4 cupSour cream
Chopped parsley, sprinkle
Hot cooked noodles or rice
Procedures:
1Discard bone and fat from meat and cut into thin, bite-size strips.
2Heat ?tb of the butter with the oil in frying pan over medium-high heat.
3Add mushrooms and onion and cook, stirring until golden.
4Lift out and set aside.
5Add remaining ?tb of butter to pan.
6Add beef strips and cook over high heat, turning meat and shaking pan, just until browned.
7Remove pan from heat, stir in reserved mushroom-onion mixture, salt, worcestershire, paprika, pepper and sour cream.
8Return pan to low heat and cook, stirring constantly, just until sauce is heated through--do not boil.
9Sprinkle with parsley.
10Serve over noodles or rice.
