Ingredients:
1 bunchFresh Spinach
1 largeOnion
3 Garlic Cloves
1 Thai Chile
1/2 tspShrimp Paste
16 ozCorn, Creamed
1 tspSalt
4 cupCoconut Milk
Procedures:
1Cook spinach until tender.
2Grind together onion, garlic, and pepper in a food processor.
3Add shrimp paste and cook in a little vegetable oil until golden.
4Combine with remaining ingredients except for coconut milk and puree in blender, adding coconut milk as necessary.
5Reheat to serve
