Ingredients:

| lbs | Red potatoes | | 2
| tbsp | Red wine vinegar | | 1
| tbsp | Olive or vegetable oil | | 1
| tbsp | Dijon mustard | | 1/2
| tsp | Dried basil | | 1/2
| tsp | Pepper | | 1/4
| tsp | Salt | | 1/2
| cup | Plain yogurt | | 1/4
| cup | Sour cream | | 1
| tsp | Garlic salt | | 3/4
| cup | Chopped red onion | | 1/2
| cup | Diced celery | | 4
| | Bacon strips, cooked and | | | Crumbled | | 2
| | Hard-cooked eggs, chopped |

Procedures:
| 1 | In a saucepan, cook potatoes in boiling salted water until tender. | | 2 | Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine vinegar, oil, mustard, basil, pepper and salt; mix well. | | 3 | Drain potatoes; cut into 1-in. | | 4 | Chunks and add to vinegar and oil mixture while still warm. | | 5 | Toss to coat; cool completely. | | 6 | In another bowl, combine yogurt, sour cream and garlic salt. | | 7 | Add onion, celery, bacon and eggs; mix well. | | 8 | Add to potato mixture; toss gently. | | 9 | Cover and chill for several hours. |
