Babi ketjap (pork in soy sauce)

Ingredients:
1 lbsPork Loin
1 largeOnion
3 Garlic Cloves
1 Thai Chile
1 Ginger, Fresh
4 tbspKetjap Manis
1/2 cupWater
Procedures:
1Cook the meat in one piece in a covered pan in a moderate oven (350°F) until done.
2Remove from the oven and cool.
3When cool anough to handle, cut very fine (1/8" by ?).
4Grind together the onion, garlic, ginger and pepper in a food pro- cessor.
5Fry in meat drippings until onion is golden (approximately 15 to 20 minutes).
6Add ketjap manis, water, and diced meat.
7Simmer about 20 minutes
