Water

Cream of tartar

Egg whites, stiffly beaten

Vanilla

Vinegar
Procedures:

Combine all ingredients except flavoring and eggs.

Boil to soft ball stage (236°F).

Pour slowly, beating constantly, onto egg whites.

Add flavoring.
