Vegan peanut butter icing

Ingredients:
1/4 lbsFirm tofu, crushed by hand
1/2 cupBrown rice syrup
1/2 cupSucanat
1/2 cupCreamy peanut butter
1/2 lbsSoy margarine
Procedures:
1Combine the tofu, brown rice syrup, and sucanat in a small saucepan.
2Heat for about 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly.
3Then pour the mixture into a blender and blend until smooth.
4Transfer to a mixing bowl.
5Add the peanut butter and margarine and beat until smooth.
6Refrigerate the icing for 1 hour, or until firm.
7This recipe will be sufficient to cover a large two-layer cake.
