Chocolate-malt frosting

Ingredients:
1/4 cupNatural-flavored malted-milk 1 ?c Semisweet-chocolate chips
- powder ?c Soft margarine or butter
3 Eggs
Procedures:
1Blend in medium saucepan the malted-milk powder and eggs.
2Beat on high speed 1 minute.
3Cook mixture over medium heat, beating on high speed for 7 minutes.
4Remove from heat.
5Beat in chocolate chips a little at a time.
6Beat in soft margarine or butter until blended.
7Return to heat until butter or margarine is melted.
8Pour into small bowl.
9Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour.
10Beat on high speed until light and fluffy, 2-3 mins.
11Spread on cooled cake (recipe is for malted-milk cake, but is excellent on other cakes, too!
