2 tspGrated lemon rind
1/2 cupLemon juice
1 (25.6-ounce) bottle rose

3Let cool.combine sugar syrup and remaining ingredients; pour into freezer trays, and freeze until almost firm.

5Return to freezer trays; freeze until firm.
