Raspberry orange sorbet

Ingredients:
3 cupRaspberries
1 cupSugar
1/2 cupWater
1/2 tspOrange extract
1 tspOrange zest -- finely
Grated
2 tbspRaspberry liqueur
Procedures:
1For best conslstency, all ingredients should be chilled.
2Puree raspberries and strain through a fine sieve.
3Combine puree with other ingredients and stir for several minutes until all the sugar is dissolved.
4Transfer berry mixt ure to ice-cream maker and process according to manufacturer"s instructions.
5Serve immediateiy or spoon berry sorbet into covered airtight container and freeze.
6Makes 4 servings.
