Ingredients:
3 Egg whites
3/4 cupSugar
1 cupMilk
1 cupHalf & half
3 cupRaspberries in syrup, pureed
2 tbspLemon juice
Procedures:
1Beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry.
2Gradually beat in sugar, then milk, half and half, raspberries, lemon juice.
3Cover, refrigerate 30 minutes.
4Freeze as directed.
5Makes 2 quarts
