Raspberry ice cream

Ingredients:
10 ozFrozen raspberries thawed
4 Eggs
1 cupSugar
2 tspLemon juice
2 cupHalf and half
Procedures:
1Puree thawed raspberries in blender or food processor.
2Pour into a fine strainer.
3Use back of a spoon to press puree through strainer into a large bowl; discard seeds.
4Set puree aside.
5Beat eggs and sugar in blender or food processor until smooth.
6Stir egg mixture, lemon juice and half and half into raspberry puree until blended.
7Pour into ice cream canister.
8Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer"s directions.
9Makes 2 quarts
