Pine-ana ice cream

Ingredients:
1 tbspUnflavored gelatin
1 canEvaporated milk (5-oz.)
1 Egg, beaten
2 tbspSugar
2 Large, ripe bananas, peeled
And quartered
3 Sweet 'N Low packets (1 gr.)
1 canCrushed pineapple (8-oz)
Unsw. juice, not drained
Procedures:
1In small saucepan, combine gelatin and evaporated milk; let stand 1 minute.
2Stir in beaten egg and sugar.
3Cook and stir over low heat until mixture is thickened; remove from heat and cool.
4In blender or food processor fitted with metal blade, puree bananas.
5Add cooled milk mixture, sweet "n low and undrained pineapple.
6Pour into ice cream canister.
7Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer"s directions.
8Makes about 1 quart.
