Ingredients:
4 Beef chuck top blade steaks
-(boneless), cut ? thick
1 tspVegetable oil
1/2 Red or green bell pepper
- cut into ?inch pieces
8 3/4 ozWhole kernel corn, undrained
1 tbspWhite vinegar
1/8 tspGround red pepper
1/4 tspGarlic salt
1/4 cupSliced green onions
Procedures:
1Preparation time: 20 min. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat; add bell pepper.
2Cook and stir 3 minutes.
3Stir in corn, vinegar and ground red pepper; continue cooking, uncovered, 2 to 3 minutes.
4Remove relish from skillet; keep warm.
5Heat same skillet over medium-high heat.
6Add beef steaks; cook 3 minutes or to desired doneness, turning once.
7Season with garlic salt.
