2 tbspParsley, fresh chopped
2 tbspLemon juice
1 tbspVegetable oil
1 smallClove garlic, finely chopped
1/4 tspSalt
Pn Pepper, fresh ground
1 1/4 lbsRib eye or sirloin steak
Procedures:
