Ingredients:

Eggs well beaten

Milk

Brown sugar well packed

tbsp
Instant coffee powder
1/2
cup
Irish whiskey or brandy

tsp
Vanilla extract

Whipping cream
Procedures:

In a medium saucepan, combine beaten eggs, milk, brown sugar and instant coffee.

Cook and stir over medium-low heat until sugar and coffee dissolve and mixture thickens slightly.

Remove from heat; stir in whiskey or brandy.

Cool to room temperature.

Stir in vanilla and whipping cream.

Pour into ice cream canister.

Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer"s directions.
