Orange Peel, grated
Vanilla Ice Cream
Amaretti Cookies, crumbled
Procedures:

Combine first 6 ingredients in a heavy small saucepan.

Boil until syrupy, stirring frequently, about 10 minutes.

Cool slightly.

Discard cinnamon.
