Ingredients:
1 packUnflavored gelatin
1/2 cupInstant nonfat dry milk
2 cupMilk
1/2 cupHoney
1 tspOrange juice
1 tspLemon juice
2 Egg whites
Procedures:

2A ?cup serving has 70 calories, so you can make up a batch and indulge without guilt.
3Mix gelatin and dry milk in a saucepan.
4Stir in skim milk, cook over low heat, stirring constantly until gelatin dissolves.
5Remove from heat.
6Stir in honey and juices.
7Pour into a freezer try, 9" cake pan or ice cube tray and freeze for 1 hour.
8Pour the mixture into a chilled bowl and add the egg whites.
9Beat at high speed with an electric mixer until mixture is fluffy.
10Return to freezer container, cover, and freeze until firm.
11Yield: 42 oz
