Procedures:
| 1 | Place soup meat, soup bone, water, onion, tomatoes, green pepper, garlic, and stewed tomatoes in pressure cooker. | | 2 | Close cover securely. | | 3 | Place pressure cooker. | | 4 | Close cover securely. | | 5 | Place pressure regulator on vent pipe. | | 6 | Cook 20 minutes. | | 7 | Let pressure drop of it"s own accord. | | 8 | Remove soup bone. | | 9 | Add remaining ingredients. | | 10 | Close cover securely. | | 11 | Place pressure regulator on vent pipe. | | 12 | Cook 0 minutes. | | 13 | (this means to cook food only until cook pressure, 15 pounds, is reached, then remove cooker from heat and cool according to recipe) let pressure drop of its own accord. | | 14 | 4 - 6 servings. | | 15 | Note: fresh tomatoes provide chunks, canned tomatoes provide juice. |
