3 cupWater
1 largeOnion, chopped
3 largeTomatoes, peeled chopped
1/2 Green pepper, chopped
2 clGarlic, minced
2 cupStewed tomatoes
1 cupCorn, cooked
1 cupOkra, cooked
1/4 cupRice
1/8 tspCayenne
Salt & pepper
Procedures:
1Place soup meat, soup bone, water, onion, tomatoes, green pepper, garlic, and stewed tomatoes in pressure cooker.
2Close cover securely.
3Place pressure cooker.
4Close cover securely.
5Place pressure regulator on vent pipe.
6Cook 20 minutes.
7Let pressure drop of it"s own accord.
8Remove soup bone.
9Add remaining ingredients.
10Close cover securely.
11Place pressure regulator on vent pipe.
12Cook 0 minutes.
13(this means to cook food only until cook pressure, 15 pounds, is reached, then remove cooker from heat and cool according to recipe) let pressure drop of its own accord.
