Ingredients:

| cup | Sugar | | 2
| tbsp | Flour | | 1/8
| tsp | Salt | | 1/8
| tsp | Cinnamon | | 2
| cup | Milk | | 4
| oz | Sweet chocolate, melted | | 2
| | Eggs, beaten | | 1/2
| cup | Shredded coconut | | 2
| cup | Light cream -OR- Half & Half | | 1/2
| cup | Pecans, chopped |

Procedures:
| 1 | Combine sugar, flour, salt and cinnamon in a 2 qt saucepan. | | 2 | Gradually add milk. | | 3 | Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. | | 4 | Cook additional 2 minutes. | | 5 | Remover from heat. | | 6 | Blend in melted chocolate. | | 7 | Blend a small amount of hot mixture into eggs; return all to pan, stirring constantly. | | 8 | Cook 1 minute (do not boil). | | 9 | Remove from heat; add coconut. | | 10 | Cool. | | 11 | Blend in cream; chill. | | 12 | Stir in nuts. | | 13 | Churn-freeze. | | 14 | Makes 2 quarts |
