Garlic ice cream

Ingredients:
1 1/2 tspUnflavored gelatin
1/4 cupCold water
2 cupMilk
1 cupSugar
1/8 tspSalt
2 tbspLemon juice
2 Garlic cloves, minced
2 cupWhipping cream
Procedures:
1Soften gelatin in water.
2Heat the milk just to a simmer, add sugar and salt and stir to dissolve.
3Dissolve the gelatin in the hot milk.
4Cool, then add the lemon juice and garlic.
5Chill in freezer until slushy.
6Whip the cream until thick but not stiff, and stir into the mixture.
7Freeze in a mold or foil covered tray.
8Top with strawberry fruit toppings, or fresh fruits
