Ingredients:

1 cupStrawberries, hulled
1 1/2 cupOrange juice
1 1/3 cupNon-fat dry milk
1/4 cupLemon juice
Procedures:
1This recipe also can use any fruit: combine strawberries and ?cup of the orange juice in the blender, whirl until smooth and set aside.
2Combine remaining orange juice and dry non-fat powdered milk in a bowl.
3Beat with electric mixer until fluffy, about 5 minutes.
4Add lemon juice gradually, beating mixture until it holds soft peaks.
5Fold in pureed strawberries.
6Pour into freezer container and freeze until firm.
7Remove from freezer,beat well, cover closely with foil, and return to freezer.
8Defrost for 15 minutes before serving in dessert bowls.
9Makes 8 servings; count ?fruit and 4 fluid ounces skim milk per serving
