| 1 | Wash plums; remove and discard pits. |
| 2 | In blender or food processor, puree half of plums with 2 eggs ?cup sugar until well blended. |
| 3 | Pour into a large bowl. |
| 4 | Repeat with remaining plums, eggs and sugar. |
| 5 | Combine with previously pureed mixture. |
| 6 | Stir in lemon juice and half and half. |
| 7 | Pour into ice cream canister. |
| 8 | Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer"s directions. |
| 9 | Makes 2 quarts |
