Ingredients:
3/4 lbsCooked turkey, sliced ?
-thick slices
1/4 cupLemon juice
1 Egg
2 tspMilk
3/4 cupDry seasoned bread crumbs
Butter or margarine
Hot cooked noodles
Lemon wedges
Procedures:
1Marinate turkey slices in lemon juice for 1 hour.
2Drain.
3Blend egg and milk.
4Dip turkey slices in egg mix, then coat with bread crumbs.
5Brown turkey slices, in hot butter, in skillet, over medium heat, 2 to 4 minutes on each side.
6Serve with noodles
