Fat-free fudge sauce

Ingredients:
1/2 cupCocoa
1/4 cupHot coffee or hot water
14 ozFat-free sweetened condensed
- skim milk (1 can)
2 tbspCorn syrup
1 tspRaspberry vinegar
1/2 tspVanilla extract
Procedures:
1In a medium saucepan, combine the cocoa and the coffee or water.
2Beat with a whisk until the cocoa is smooth and all the lumps have dissolved.
3Whisk in the condensed milk, corn syrup and raspberry vinegar.
4Heat over low heat until warm, stirring constantly.
5Whisk in the vanilla extract.
6Alternately, combine all the ingredients except the vanilla in a microwave-safe bowl.
7Heat on medium power (50%) in a microwave oven, stirring frequently until warm.
8Stir in the vanilla extract and serve.
9Drizzle over fat-free frozen yogurt, angel food cake slices or berries
