Ingredients:
1/4 cupRed wine vinegar
1/4 cupWater
2 tbspLemon juice
2 tbspSugar
1/4 tspDill weed
1/2 tspSalt
1 dashWhite pepper
3 cupJulienne cut cold roast beef
1 smallOnion, thinly sliced
8 cupTorn salad greens
1 cupSour cream
Procedures:
1Simmer vinegar, water, lemon juice, sugar, dill weed, salt and white pepper 10 to 15 minutes.
2Cool.
3Toss with beef and onion.
4Chill.
5Drain, reserving marinade.
6Place greens in bowl.
7Top with beef and onion.
8Combine sour cream with reserved marinade.
9Toss with greens and beef
