Ingredients:
2 Eggs, beaten
2/3 cupSugar
1 1/2 cupMilk
2 tbspInstant coffee granules
1/2 tbspVanilla
1/4 cupMiniature marshmallows
1 cupHalf & half, or whipping crm
Procedures:
1In a medium saucepan, combine beaten eggs, sugar and milk.
2Cook and stir over low heat until mixture thickens and coats a spoon.
3Add coffee granules; stir in vanilla and marshmallows until melted.
4Set aside to cool 15 minutes.
5Add half and half or whipping cream.
6Pour into ice-cream canister.
7Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer"s directions.
8Makes about 1 quart.
