Ingredients:
8 ozGround turkey
1/4 cupFresh chopped parsley
1/3 cupMatzo meal
1 Egg, lightly beaten
1/8 tspGround nutmeg
1/2 tspSal, t
1/8 tspPepper
Procedures:
1Combine turkey, parsley, matzo meal, egg, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
2Chill 2 hours or overnight.
3Roll into small balls 1" in diameter.
4Drop gently into pot of boiling water.
5Cover and cook for 5 to 7 minutes or until cooked in center.
6Chill and reheat when needed.
7Makes 20 to 24 balls.
8To reheat: cover with foil and place in a 350 deg.ove
