| cup | Cooked shell pasta | | 2
| cup | Fresh fruit and/or sweet -- | | | Peppers, cut into bi | | | Pieces (Jean used -- melon | | | Grapes, jicam | | | Bell peppers) | | 1
| tbsp | Sweet onion -- chopped | | | DRESSING: | | 1
| | (6 oz.) vanilla yogurt | | 1/2
| tsp | Curry powder | | 1
| tbsp | Lime juice | | 1
| tbsp | Ginger root -- peeled and | | | Poppy seeds for garnish |

Procedures:
| 1 | Drain tuna and separate into bite-size pieces. | | 2 | Mix fruit, pasta, onion and tuna. | | 3 | Mix dressing ingredients well. | | 4 | Gently mix dressing with fruit, pasta and tuna. | | 5 | Sprinkle with poppy seeds, if desired. | | 6 | Serve chilled |
