Ingredients:
4 cupCooked small macaroni, any s
32 ozCanned tomatoes, drained/1"
- reserve liquid
2 tbspWine vinegar
1/4 tspGarlic powder
1 tspDried basil
1 tspDried oregano
2 tbspParmesan cheese
Procedures:
1Chunks of tomatoes and lots of italian spices make this a real winner.
2It serves 8 as a side dish or 4 as a tasty main meal.
3In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, mixing well.
4Add small amounts of tomato liquid until pasta is evenly moistened.
5Chill several hours to blend flavors.
6Mix well before serving.
7You can salt & pepper to taste but the sodium in the nutritional analysis will not show that.
