Sweet pareve noodle kugel

Ingredients:
1 packWide egg noodles (8oz)
1/2 cupMargarine (1 stick), cut in
-pieces
4 Eggs, beaten well
3/4 cupSugar
1 tspSalt
1 tspVanilla extract
1 tspLemon juice
3 tbspApricot preserves
1 smallCn crushed pineapple in its
-own juice
1/4 cupRaisins
3 medApples, peeled and diced
1 1/2 cupCrushed corn flakes
1 tspCinnamon
1 tbspSugar
Procedures:
1Grease a 9-by-13-inch baking dish.
2Preheat oven to 350 °F.
3Cook noodles in boiling salted water for 10 minutes; drain well.
4Place hot noodles in a mixing bowl; add margarine and mix well until melted.
5In another bowl, stir together the eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla, lemon juice, apricot preserves and crushed pineapple with juice.
6Add to noodles along with raisins and apples.
7Mix well.
8Pour into prepared pan.
9Sprinkle with corn flakes; stir together cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle on top.
10Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until lightly browned.
