| | Eggs, beaten well | | 3/4
| cup | Sugar | | 1
| tsp | Salt | | 1
| tsp | Vanilla extract | | 1
| tsp | Lemon juice | | 3
| tbsp | Apricot preserves | | 1
| small | Cn crushed pineapple in its | | | -own juice | | 1/4
| cup | Raisins | | 3
| med | Apples, peeled and diced | | 1 1/2
| cup | Crushed corn flakes | | 1
| tsp | Cinnamon | | 1
| tbsp | Sugar |

Procedures:
| 1 | Grease a 9-by-13-inch baking dish. | | 2 | Preheat oven to 350 °F. | | 3 | Cook noodles in boiling salted water for 10 minutes; drain well. | | 4 | Place hot noodles in a mixing bowl; add margarine and mix well until melted. | | 5 | In another bowl, stir together the eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla, lemon juice, apricot preserves and crushed pineapple with juice. | | 6 | Add to noodles along with raisins and apples. | | 7 | Mix well. | | 8 | Pour into prepared pan. | | 9 | Sprinkle with corn flakes; stir together cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle on top. | | 10 | Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until lightly browned. | | 11 | Nutritional info per serving: 323 cal; 6g pro, 50g carb, 12g fat (33%), 1g fiber, 107mg chol, 351g sod exchanges: .62 fruit, 2.4 bread, .36 meat, 2.1 fat |
