| large | Onion, peeled | | | -and chopped | | 1
| | Garlic clove, crushed | | 6
| | Eggs (hard-cooked) | | | -peeled and chopped | | 1
| | Apple, cored and chopped | | 1
| tsp | Lemon juice | | 1
| cup | Sour cream | | 1/4
| tsp | Salt | | 1/4
| tsp | Pepper | | 2
| tbsp | Dill or parsley | | | -(fresh), chopped |

Procedures:
