Skillet corn bread stuffing

Ingredients:
1 Recipe of AM Cornbread

2 tbspButter or oil
1 cupChopped onion
1 cupChopped celery
1/2 tspDried thyme
1/2 tspDried sage
3 tbspChopped fresh parsley
1 1/2 cupWater
Sea salt to taste
Procedures:
1Prepare cornbread and set aside to cool while chopped vegetables.
2Finely crumble cornbread with fingertips and add the spices.
3In a large skillet saute the onion and celery in the butter until the onions are translucent.
4Add the cornbread mixture to the sauteed vegetables.
5Add the water using more or less to reach a moist but not soggy mixture.
6Add the parsley and sea salt to taste and serve.
