Ingredients:
1/2 lbsButter, unsalted
1 cupSugar
1 Egg, large
1/2 tbspCardamom
3 cupFlour
Currant or rasberry jam
Xxx sugar
Procedures:
1Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
2Add egg.
3Beat in cardamom and flour.
4Wrap dough in plastic and refrigerate for several hours.
5Heat oven to 37Lightly butter minimuffin tins.
6Press dough into tins, making a well with your finger.
7Bake for 8-10 minutes or until just beginning to brown.
8Let cool on wire racks.
9Fill with jelly or jam and sprinkle with confectioners sugar
