Ingredients:
3 Eggs (Room Temp)
1/4 tspCream Of Tartar
Ds Salt
3/4 cupSugar
1/4 cupRaspberry Preserves *
6 dropRed Food Coloring
Procedures:
1* raspberry preserves should be seedless.
2~------------------------------------------------------------------------- preheat oven 225°F.
3Cover cookie sheet with aluminum foil.
4In small bowl, with electric hand mixer, beat egg whites, cream of tartar, and salt until soft peaks form.
5Gradually add sugar, beating until very stiff peaks form, about 10 minutes.
6Add preserves and food coloring and beat one minute at highest speed of mixer.
7Drop by teaspoonfuls, two inches apart, onto foil lined cookie sheet.
8Bake for two hours.
9Cool completely.
10Peel off foil
