Ingredients:

| | Eggs (Room Temp) | | 1/4
| tsp | Cream Of Tartar | | | Ds Salt | | 3/4
| cup | Sugar | | 1/4
| cup | Raspberry Preserves * | | 6
| drop | Red Food Coloring |

Procedures:
| 1 | * raspberry preserves should be seedless. | | 2 | ~------------------------------------------------------------------------- preheat oven 225°F. | | 3 | Cover cookie sheet with aluminum foil. | | 4 | In small bowl, with electric hand mixer, beat egg whites, cream of tartar, and salt until soft peaks form. | | 5 | Gradually add sugar, beating until very stiff peaks form, about 10 minutes. | | 6 | Add preserves and food coloring and beat one minute at highest speed of mixer. | | 7 | Drop by teaspoonfuls, two inches apart, onto foil lined cookie sheet. | | 8 | Bake for two hours. | | 9 | Cool completely. | | 10 | Peel off foil |
