Ingredients:

| x | Medium-sized mushrooms | | 3
| oz | Cream cheese, softened | | 2
| tbsp | Cooked, crumbled bacon | | 1 1/2
| tbsp | Chopped pecans | | 2
| tbsp | Italian style bread crumbs | | 2
| tsp | Minced chives | | 1
| tbsp | White wine | | 3
| tbsp | Melted butter |

Procedures:
| 1 | Wash and dry mushrooms. | | 2 | Gently separate stems from mushroom caps. | | 3 | (save stems for use in another recipe). | | 4 | Brush caps with melted butter. | | 5 | Fill each cap with a mixture of cream cheese, bacon, pecans, bread crumbs, chives, and wine. | | 6 | Broil stuffed mushrooms for 3-5 minutes. | | 7 | Serve hot. | | 8 | Stuffed mushrooms may be assembled the day before the party, covered, and broiled before serving. |
