Pecan stuffed mushrooms

Ingredients:
20 xMedium-sized mushrooms
3 ozCream cheese, softened
2 tbspCooked, crumbled bacon
1 1/2 tbspChopped pecans
2 tbspItalian style bread crumbs
2 tspMinced chives
1 tbspWhite wine
3 tbspMelted butter
Procedures:
1Wash and dry mushrooms.
2Gently separate stems from mushroom caps.
3(save stems for use in another recipe).
4Brush caps with melted butter.
5Fill each cap with a mixture of cream cheese, bacon, pecans, bread crumbs, chives, and wine.
6Broil stuffed mushrooms for 3-5 minutes.
7Serve hot.
8Stuffed mushrooms may be assembled the day before the party, covered, and broiled before serving.
