Ingredients:
1 Recipe of pie pastry
FILLING #1
1 Egg
3/4 cupBrown sugar, light
1 tbspButter, melted
1/2 cupPecans, chopped fine
1/2 tspVanilla
FILLING #2
1 Egg
3/4 cupWhite sugar
1 tbspButter, melted
2/3 cupCoconut, shredded
1/2 tspVanilla
Procedures:
1Oven 350°F.
2Make recipe of pie pastry and line small muffin tins with pastry rounds cut to fit.
3Or make this crust if you prefer: ?lb. butter, 3 oz. pkg.
4Of cream cheese, 1 c. sifted flour.
5Mix together and press into tiny muffin tins.
6Put 1 tsp. filling into unbaked pastry lined muffin tins.
7Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
8Run knife around tart when done to looseen.
9Remove to wire racks to cool.
10Store in tin box between layers of wax paper
