| tbsp | Butter, melted | | 2/3
| cup | Coconut, shredded | | 1/2
| tsp | Vanilla |

Procedures:
| 1 | Oven 350°F. | | 2 | Make recipe of pie pastry and line small muffin tins with pastry rounds cut to fit. | | 3 | Or make this crust if you prefer: ?lb. butter, 3 oz. pkg. | | 4 | Of cream cheese, 1 c. sifted flour. | | 5 | Mix together and press into tiny muffin tins. | | 6 | Put 1 tsp. filling into unbaked pastry lined muffin tins. | | 7 | Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes. | | 8 | Run knife around tart when done to looseen. | | 9 | Remove to wire racks to cool. | | 10 | Store in tin box between layers of wax paper |
