Beef, pepper & mushroom kabobs

Ingredients:
1 lbsBoneless beef top sirloin
-steak, cut 1-? thick (or
-boneless chicken
-cubes or boneless pork
-cubes)
1 medGreen, red or yellow bell
-pepper, cut into 1-?
-pieces
2 tbspOlive oil
1 tbspLemon juice
1 tbspWater
2 tspDijon-style mustard
1 tspHoney
1/2 tspDried oregano leaves
-crushed
1/4 tspPepper
1 Lg Mushrooms
Salt, if desired
Procedures:
1Trim excess fat from beef top sirloin steak; cut steak into 1-? pieces.
2Whisk together oil, lemon juice, water, mustard, honey, oregano and pepper in large bowl.
3Add beef, bell pepper and mushrooms, turning to coat.
4Alternately thread beef, bell pepper, and mushrooms on each of four 12" metal skewers.
5Place kabobs on rack in broiler pan so surface of meat is 3 to 4" from heat.
6Broil 9 to 12 minutes for rare to medium, turning occasionally.
7Season with salt, if desired.
8Makes 4 servings
