Ingredients:
2 eachMed Acorn squash
8 tbspBrown sugar
1 cupMaple syrup
4 tbspButter
Procedures:
1This is the quick and easy version.
2Cut each squash in half; remove seeds and fibers.
3Arrange, cut side up in a large shallow baking pan.
4Spoon 2 tbsp brown sugar into hollow of each squash.
5Add 1 tbsp butter to each.
6Top with a ?cup of maple syrup.
7Bake for 1 hour at 350f or until fork tender
