Ingredients:
3/4 lbsGround beef, browned
Drained and cooled
1 1/2 cupShredded cheddar cheese
3/4 cupCottage cheese
2 Eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 tspPepper
1 cartnFrozen puff pastry, thawed
And cut into 5" squares
Procedures:
1Combine filling ingredients.
2In center of squares, put a heaping 1/3 cupful of filling; moisten edges of pastry with water, fold over to form triangles; press with fork to seal.
3Bake at 400°F.
4Aabout 20 minutes or until golden brown.
