Killarney cookies 'n' mint mousse

Ingredients:
7 ozCookies 'n' Mint Chocolate
-(HERSHEY'S)
- broken into pieces
1 1/2 cupMiniature marshmallows
1/3 cupMilk
3 1/2 cupNon-dairy whipped topping
-(thawed and divided)
Few drops green food color
-(optional)
Procedures:
1In medium microwave-safe bowl, place candy pieces, marshmallows and milk.
2Microwave at high (100%) 1 minute; stir vigorously.
3If necessary, microwave at high additional 30 seconds at a time, until chocolate and marshmallows are melted when well stirred; cool to room temperature.
4Fold 2 cups whipped topping into chocolate mixture until well blended.
5Spoon into dessert dishes.
6Cover; refrigerate 2 hours or until set.
7Stir food color into remaining 1-?cups whipped topping, if desired; use as garnish.

9Parfait variation: prepare chocolate mixture as directed; do not spoon into dishes.
10Alternately spoon chocolate mixture and thin layers of remaining 1-?cups whipped topping into parfait glasses.
11Cover; refrigerate until cold.
12Garnish as desired.
