| 1 | In medium microwave-safe bowl, place candy pieces, marshmallows and milk. |
| 2 | Microwave at high (100%) 1 minute; stir vigorously. |
| 3 | If necessary, microwave at high additional 30 seconds at a time, until chocolate and marshmallows are melted when well stirred; cool to room temperature. |
| 4 | Fold 2 cups whipped topping into chocolate mixture until well blended. |
| 5 | Spoon into dessert dishes. |
| 6 | Cover; refrigerate 2 hours or until set. |
| 7 | Stir food color into remaining 1-?cups whipped topping, if desired; use as garnish. |
| 8 | 6 servings. |
| 9 | Parfait variation: prepare chocolate mixture as directed; do not spoon into dishes. |
| 10 | Alternately spoon chocolate mixture and thin layers of remaining 1-?cups whipped topping into parfait glasses. |
