Ingredients:

| cup | Butter | | 2
| | 1-oz squares unsweetened | | | -baking chocolate | | 1
| cup | Sugar | | 3/4
| cup | All-purpose flour | | 2
| | Eggs | | | FILLING | | 2
| cup | Powdered sugar | | 3
| tbsp | Butter, softened | | 1
| | 3-oz pkg cream cheese | | | -softened | | 1/2
| tsp | Peppermint extract | | 5
| drop | Green food coloring | | 2
| drop | Yellow food coloring | | | FOR DRIZZLING | | 1
| | 1-oz square unsweetened | | | -baking chocolate, melted |

Procedures:
| 1 | Heat oven to 350 degrees. | | 2 | In 2-quart saucepan melt ?cup butter and 2 squares chocolate over medium heat, stirring constantly, until smooth (4 to 6 minutes). | | 3 | Stir in all remaining brownie ingredients until well mixed. | | 4 | Spread into greased 9-inch square baking pan. | | 5 | Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until brownie begins to pull away from sides of pan. | | 6 | Cool completely. | | 7 | In small mixer bowl combine all filling ingredients except chocolate. | | 8 | Beat at medium speed until creamy. | | 9 | Spread over cooled bars. | | 10 | Drizzle with melted chocolate. | | 11 | Cool completely; cut into bars. | | 12 | Store in refrigerator. | | 13 | Nutrition info: 1 brownie = 160 calories; 9g fat. |
