Ingredients:
2 packSugar-free Raspberry jello
1 cupPlain lowfat yogurt
3 cupFresh cranberries
1/2 cupSugar or equvialent to 24t
1 1/2 cupCanned crushed pineapple
-unsweetened and drained
1/2 cupFinely chopped celery
1 ozChopped walnuts
2 eachSm. apples chopped ?
Procedures:
1Prepare gelatin according to package direcitons.
2Add yogurt and stir until blended.
3Chill until slightly thickened.
4Place cranberries and sweetener in a blender container.
5Blend until berries are chopped.
6Add cranberries and remaining ingredients to thickened gelatin.
7Spoon into a large bowl.
8Chill until firm.
9(if you wish to make this salad in a mold, use ?cup less water than the directions call for).
10Note: use non-fat plain yogurt to reduce fat grams.
