Christmas hazelnut balls

Ingredients:
1 cupAll-purpose flour
1/2 cupMargarine
1 cupHazelnuts, or pecans
2 tbspSugar
1/8 tspSalt
1 tspVanilla extract
Confectioner's sugar
Procedures:
1Recipe by: jo anne merrill preparation time: 0:55 Combine all ingredients in a large bowl except the confectioner"s sugar.
2Use a large wooden spoon or your hands to mix thoroughly.
3Refrigerate dough for 30 minutes -- a very important step.
4Form dough into 1-?inch balls.
5Place 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
6Bake in preheated 375°F oven for 15-20 minutes or until set but not brown.
7Do not overcook.
8Let stand 1 minute in pan then remove to wire rack.
9Cool until barely warm.
10Roll in sifted confectioners sugar.
11Cool completely, then just before serving, roll again in the confectioners sugar.
12Yield: about 20 balls.
13Do not make them too large or they will not cook properly
