| 2 | Use a large wooden spoon or your hands to mix thoroughly. |
| 3 | Refrigerate dough for 30 minutes -- a very important step. |
| 4 | Form dough into 1-?inch balls. |
| 5 | Place 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet. |
| 6 | Bake in preheated 375°F oven for 15-20 minutes or until set but not brown. |
| 7 | Do not overcook. |
| 8 | Let stand 1 minute in pan then remove to wire rack. |
| 9 | Cool until barely warm. |
| 10 | Roll in sifted confectioners sugar. |
| 11 | Cool completely, then just before serving, roll again in the confectioners sugar. |
| 12 | Yield: about 20 balls. |
| 13 | Do not make them too large or they will not cook properly |
