Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbsBoneless stew meat
1 Large onion, chopped
Garlic to taste, minced
1/2 cupWorcestershire sauce
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 tbspButter
1 8 oz pk egg noddles
Procedures:
1Chop stew meat into small pieces.
2Saute in hot oil until meat changes color.
3Add onion & garlic, saute with meat.
4Add worcestershire sauce & salt & pepper to taste.
5Cover with water & cook until meat is tender, about one hr.
6Add more water, butter, & uncooked noodles.
7Cover & simmer until noodles are done.
8Add more water as needed. ~
