Ingredients:

| lbs | Boneless stew meat | | 1
| | Large onion, chopped | | | Garlic to taste, minced | | 1/2
| cup | Worcestershire sauce | | | Salt to taste | | | Pepper to taste | | 1
| tbsp | Butter | | 1
| | 8 oz pk egg noddles |

Procedures:
| 1 | Chop stew meat into small pieces. | | 2 | Saute in hot oil until meat changes color. | | 3 | Add onion & garlic, saute with meat. | | 4 | Add worcestershire sauce & salt & pepper to taste. | | 5 | Cover with water & cook until meat is tender, about one hr. | | 6 | Add more water, butter, & uncooked noodles. | | 7 | Cover & simmer until noodles are done. | | 8 | Add more water as needed. ~ |
