| cup | Sugar | | 1
| tsp | Peppermint flavoring | | 1/2
| cup | Water | | 3/4
| cup | Lt. corn syrup | | 3/4
| tsp | Red vegetable coloring | | 1/4
| tsp | Cream of tartar |

Procedures:
